If you have seen my previous blog designs, you would know that while it is simple and easy to navigate, it is supremely boring as i've been using the default templates. I've tried to customised the template but the html codes were just too complicated for me. Imagine my joy when i came across Plumrose Lane!
She has some wonderfully beautiful blog backgrounds. Do visit her! ^_^
Phew! finally managed to start sewing my new teddy. ^_^
Had a super busy weekend with not much rest in between and longing to start working on the bears. haha.. really addicted.
Started sewing the arms together yesterday and realised that faux fur is really terrible to work with. arggh! I'm so glad i bought the mohair Edward kit from Bare Clubs. i cant wait for it to arrive!
I've just came across a post by a lovely lady with fantastic idea - One World One Heart.
This event was created by her to bring bloggers together who normally would not meet. To read more about it, go here.
I love this idea of hers. For 1 thing, i love reading blogs and seeing all the lovely creations by artists around the world. For another, i just like giveaways! ^_^ though i've never win any yet, it's fun! Maybe 1 day i'll do a giveaway too. =D
Meanwhile, i am happily going through all the blogs in the list, 1 by 1!! omg, how long is that gonna take me though??
i bought a subscription to the bare cubs design club last week. now the patterns are all traced and cut out.
opp sides laid out...
pile of fur...
anotherWIP.. this time of my own design.. a little mini.. hmm.. din really turn out the way i imagined it to be though... i shall work on this 2 at the same time.. haha..
looks a little like the teenage mutant ninja turtles don't you think?? i temporarily lost my mojo when i saw how this bear turned out.. then i started on the pattern from helen from bare cub.. and i'm all motivated again! =D
now this one looks like a voodoo doll. it's actually a needle felted (soon to be) bear. wonder how long i'll take for this..
Hi! I am Kynthia and this blog is all about my beary stuffs.
I started off with a kit in December 2008 as a gift for my boyfriend. (It turned out badly as he had weird-looking popping out eyes and i named him Pop-Eye as a result.)
I wanted to salvage his looks and searched online for help. To my surprise, i found an entire community of bear artists and lovers.
